Ulrich A. Götz
Apart from the legal aspect, all legal advice should principally bear the economical and financial repercussions in mind. Hence all advice contains a strong entrepreneurial element.
When drafting contracts, during a consultation and also during legal proceedings and litigations I make it a point to assess the potential economic impact on the client and do my utmost to reach a commercially acceptable and pragmatic agreement. After all, that is what you hired me for.
Ulrich Götz read law at the Universities of Freiburg and Heidelberg. He completed his legal training at the Regional Court (Landgericht) Heidelberg and in the municipal legal department of Heidelberg.
Ulrich Götz is a specialist lawyer for commercial and corporate law; he is a founding member of the law firm Bartsch Rechtsanwälte.
