Carsten Ulbricht read law at the University of Mannheim. Following he enhanced his business and corporate law expertise by completing the Master of Comperative Laws (M.C.L) at University of Adelaide (Australia). While writing his doctoral thesis, he worked at the University of Mannheim.
He was admitted as a lawyer in 2004. From 2004 until 2013 he worked for an international law firm in Stuttgart. He joined Bartsch Rechtsanwälte as a partner in 2014 by opening a new office in Stuttgart..
Dr. Ulbricht is an IP and IT focussed attorney at law with substantial experience in the fields of trademarks, data protection, internet and IT law. Specialisation in advising startups and companies in the field of internet and social media projects. High premium on providing legal support in German or English. Furthermore he is autor of the already in 2nd edition published book: "Social Media & law-practical knowledge for companies" wich is to be seen as one of the first book publications to this topic as a standard work.
