Law in a targeted way
Olaf Botzem, LL.M.
The proper legal assessment of the facts of the case is a prerequisite of good legal advice.
However, a client is only well advised if a lawyer, in addition to the facts, always bears in mind the objectives of his client and adequately considers them in his legal advice.
I keep an eye on your objectives – this way I am able to best advise you and represent your interests in a targeted way. To me, this is a symbol of real professional legal advice.
Olaf Botzem read law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-University Bonn, focusing on corporate, capital market and tax law.
During his legal traineeship he worked at international business law firms in Bonn and Toronto as well as the German Chamber of Commerce in Austria.
Following his legal traineeship he enhanced his business and corporate law expertise by completing the Master of Corporate and Financial Law (LL.M.) at Kingston University London.
Olaf Botzem joined the corporate and IT law team at the law firm Bartsch Rechtsanwälte in May 2013.
