3. worldwide in the amount of the legally prescribed minimum insurance amount for liability claims against the policyholder in non-European courts.
4. The insurance coverage does not apply to liability claims arising from activities through law firms or offices established or maintained abroad.
Dispute settlement proceedings
The competent arbitration body within the meaning of sec. 36 of the Law on Alternative Dispute Resolution (Verbraucherstreitbeilegungsgesetz - VSBG) for property disputes up to a value of EUR 50,000 in connection with the client relationship is the Arbitration Body of the Bar (Schlichtungsstelle der Rechtsanwaltschaft), Neue Grünstraße 17, 10179 Berlin (see www.s-d-r.org).
