Law up to date

Joachim Dorschel

Law is constantly in motion. It is the duty of a lawyer to stay up to date when advising clients.

Particularly, in the field of IT law, copyright law and protection of industrial property there is often much alteration. For technologyorientated companies, legal changes may have significant strategic and financial impacts.

In order to offer optimal legal advice, I keep an eye on the developments and timely suggest required adjustments for the future.

Joachim Dorschel read law at the Universities of Freiburg and Tübingen. He then worked as a member of the academic staff at the institute for civil law, commercial and business law, multimedia and telecommunications law under Prof. Dr. Gerald Spindler at the University of Göttingen and as publications advisor at the Göttingen Academy of Sciences and Humanities.

During his legal traineeship in Cologne, Joachim Dorschel worked at an international law firm in Düsseldorf and London, in the IP/IT practice department.
