Career
Dr. Reinhard Möller read law at the universities of Marburg, Canterbury (U.K.) and Freiburg. He was a member of the academic staff at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and International Criminal Law and having completed his studies worked as the academic assistant of Prof. Dr. Gerhard Hohloch at the Institute for Foreign and International Private Law at the University of Freiburg.
Dr. Reinhard Möller was awarded a doctorate by the University of Tübingen for his thesis on the prevention principle in the law of damages, prepared under Prof. Dr. Gottfried Schiemann.
He completed his legal training while working at the law firm Thiedmann & Edler in Chicago, Il., USA, which specializes on advising European clients in their native languages.
Dr. Reinhard Möller was admitted to practise as a lawyer in 2001; in his areas of specialization he lectures and regularly publishes articles and comments on current case law.
