Our Roots, Our Objectives
Traditionally, the name Bartsch is associated with legal advice focusing on technically oriented fields of law in the business environment and as part of our understanding of professional legal advice we have always directed our attention to the future: Prof. Dr. Michael Bartsch was a -pioneer- of IT law in the early 1980s and co-founder of this field of law in Germany. For decades, the name Bartsch has been standing for state-of-the-art legal advice – particularly in times of technical change and the resulting constantly changing need for advice.
Our success proves us right. Since the new formation of Bartsch Rechtsanwälte in 2011, we have seen constant growth. What began with six lawyers in one location became a law firm with currently 16 professionals based in Karlsruhe and Frankfurt.
Being an employer means carrying responsibility and making decisions. Being an employer means staying on top of things. Being an employer means to work in the present and to plan for the future.
Individual and competent legal advice supports employers in perfectly meeting these challenges in all respects.
